Geography

This week we worked on geography.  She did a great job learning to locate states, naming her country/state (she already knows her city/street).  We bought her this map placemat which she really enjoys.

We tried working on feelings, such as "how would you feel if your toy broke-happy or sad?"  She really didn't get it.  She kept saying, "Let's skip this" so we did.  I never thought feelings would be that difficult, but I guess she has to apply which is a higher level skill.

I bought a workbook for her too, and she gets super excited to work from it and hold the pencil.
