Dinosaur Tracks and Diet

We have started our dinosaur unit.  As always, we start our unit with a trip to the library to get some books. I try to stick to non-fiction books, but also throw a few fiction in as well.

After looking through a few books and pictures, we took out our paint and walked our dinosaurs through them to make paint tracks.

A couple days later we discussed dinosaur diet.  Goose is already familiar with the terms carnivore and herbivore, but we reviewed the terms and watched a cute video on herbivores.

After the video we did a carnivore/herbivore sort that I found on TpT.
